Very satisfied with the work Brock Plumbing did replacing our water heater. Responded to the online request within 20-25 min of me submitting it. Really friendly setup an appointment for an estimate that day. The window she gave was long, but they came at the top of the time frame. They came to the house in total compliance with COVID rules. Looked the situation over quickly (the problem was obvious) gave me the best quote I got ALL day. It included the new water heater, not just the labor. Once we were ready they gave me an appointment for the next day...yay! They gave me another wide window of time, but again they came in the earlier part of the time frame. Actually they were early. Did the job in the quoted time frame installed the correct water heater (for a manufactured home), a BETTER water heater.  The cost was what they quoted the day of the estimate NO surprises, the only extra cost was for hauling away the water heater so ask at the estimate if you need that, it's not much at all.  The new one looks so professional and works great...and with a shut off. Thank you for doing such a professional and great job!

Mr Brock & his team are the best……to a major leak in my foundation, to mainline septic issues to minor shower leaks. He is always responsive & professional to my needs. I recommend him to everyone!

My water heater died. It is the day before Thanksgiving. I know there is one plumber I can count on for honest, quality service, here in Palmdale. The plumber came at 12:45 p.m.. By 4:45, he was done installing a new water heater, and had cleaned up after himself, and instructed me on its use. I have used Brock Plumbing before, and will never go anywhere else, neither should you.

Fantastic service. They were able to fix the problem quickly and arrived less than 2 hours after my call. Highly recommend if you want someone to get in, get the job done, and make sure everything is right without wasting your time. 5 Stars!

It's a family owned business. His price was very fair and the service was good and prompt. Actually showed up on time and he was in and out. He fixed the stopper on the bathtub and the fireplace. I will use him again and I passed his card onto the property manager.

These guys are amazing. I used their services four times in the last 2 1/2 years (just bought a house, had several problems). On the last call, they came out and fixed the problem so quickly that they decided not to even charge me. Mel and his group are kind and professional, and I absolutely will not call anyone else in the AV for a plumbing issue. Love these guys.
